The PiYo program makes me feel good about myself on a daily basis. The workouts are easy and it fits into my routine. I signed up for a 30 day challenge but liked it so much that I decide to go on for another 30 days and adopt the program as a lifestyle.  After starting PiYo I feel that my clothes are a little looser, my arms are forming rigid muscles and it even helped with my knee injury. Thank you Melanie for introducing the program…exercise and good nutrition is just what the doctor ordered 🙂

I did a challenge group in January in an attempt to kick start a more healthy lifestyle and do more for ME. I have a 4 and 5 year old and my husband and I often feel exhausted at the end of our day and week, with very little left to give to them. Doing PiYo the first time around really helped change a lot of this for me. My energy levels increased, my confidence increased, and my drive to be active increased. I think this has had a positive effect on my family (even if my husband complains there are more vegetables in our meals wink emoticon. The biggest side benefit was that I had “something” I did for myself everyday. I think it is easy as a wife and mom to put everyone else’s needs ahead of your own, and I honestly enjoy that part of my life, but I also enjoy that for 30 mins per day, someone else has to look after things. And I feel great after I’ve done it
