OUR NEXT FREE CHALLENGE STARTS

The Love Yourself Lean & Clean Challenge is a FREE 7-Day whole-food nutrition and fitness challenge party for busy mom’s on the run who are willing to make a commitment to love themselves by only feeding their body few (if any) processed foods for 7 days.
How does it work?
Each participant will receive:
1. Access to several resources including clean eating meal plans, recipes, shopping lists and self-love tips and affirmations.
2. A daily fitness challenge that can be done in the comfort of your own home and does not require any equipment.
3. A positive, supportive and fun group setting that provides you with…
- information and education about healthy food preparation;
- healthy snack and meal ideas;
- carbohydrate/protein/fat basics, and;
- guidance and suggestions on how to improve current daily nutrition.
What is expected of me?
Each Participant in the Love Yourself Lean & Clean Challenge commits to:
1. Eat clean whole foods during the 7-Day challenge;
2. Drink at least 1/2 of your weight in ounces of water per day;
3. Check in daily with a summary of daily food intake (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks);
4. Check in daily to account for fitness;
5. Participate in and contribute to group discussions, recipe sharing, and support of all the other fabulous participants;
6. Have a great time!
